Still working on our list of things to do in Washington. Got a couple marked off this month including the Staircase Rapids on the Olympic Peninsula.
A spontaneous trip to see the Nutcracker turned out to be an extra special outing for me and Rune.
Finally got a snowshoe trip together. A first for all three of us, and something I have been wanting to do for a while.

Hmm, books...I was in a drought of good reads so I picked up a classics reading list at the library, working on the ones I haven't read. Started War & Peace a few weeks ago but have been swamped so I'm not 100 pages into it yet. Don't have too many recommendations for ya right now...the These Is My Words series is worthwhile if you haven't read those yet.
