Running hard to raise money for school
Working hard and finding earthworms in the process (notice the new haircut!)

Enjoying Snoqualmie Falls with his adored, closest cousins (there is an 18 hour age difference between them).

Enjoying pho.

Baby girl admiring a peony from the yard- soaking wet as usual.

In June, Rune had a bike race, which was fun and slightly muddy.

Proud racer.

This month the Huffakers also came for a little sight-seeing...

Including a pod of Orcas in the San Juan Islands

And a lot of bike riding

And finally, in June Baby D turned 7 months.
And for July... AZ, UT, and CO

We heart SD

We visited our beloved San Diego for Memorial Week[end]. The kids and I had a few days to relax by the pool before the rest of the troops arrived.

We also visited the Air and Space Museum at Balboa Park.

Finally, Broc and the Chaffees showed up for some serious beach time.

The happy boogie boarders: Jaxon, Lily, and Rune.

Dagny really enjoyed the beach.

The real reason we had to go to San Diego: Tacos El Gordo.

Since it was Memorial Weekend, we visited Mt. Soledad Memorial, which had beautiful tributes to war veterans,
as well as beautiful views.

Back at the beach on Monday, Dagny was so happy to have time with her girlfriend, Scarlet. They have lots in common.

Rune and Eddie on Coronado Island. I could listen to that kid talk all day.

And the Betrothed with their favorite baby.

San Diego has been a favorite place to visit for ten years now. I highly recommend Pt. Loma Seafood, Tacos El Gordo, Poma's, Miguel's Cantina, oh, and definitely visit the beach if you have time between meals.
