We visited our beloved San Diego for Memorial Week[end]. The kids and I had a few days to relax by the pool before the rest of the troops arrived.
We also visited the Air and Space Museum at Balboa Park.
Finally, Broc and the Chaffees showed up for some serious beach time.

Dagny really enjoyed the beach.
The real reason we had to go to San Diego: Tacos El Gordo.
Since it was Memorial Weekend, we visited Mt. Soledad Memorial, which had beautiful tributes to war veterans,

Back at the beach on Monday, Dagny was so happy to have time with her girlfriend, Scarlet. They have lots in common.
Rune and Eddie on Coronado Island. I could listen to that kid talk all day.
And the Betrothed with their favorite baby.
San Diego has been a favorite place to visit for ten years now. I highly recommend Pt. Loma Seafood, Tacos El Gordo, Poma's, Miguel's Cantina, oh, and definitely visit the beach if you have time between meals.

Oh, how I love SD, especially Balboa Park, Point Loma, and the beach! I would really like to get my pregnant self out there this summer. Also, your kids are adorable, but I say that on every post. :)
